TrustGrow is not responsible for technical failures, third-party platform issues, algorithmic changes, data loss, visibility shifts, or actions made by external providers such as Trustpilot, Google, social networks, or any review platform.

If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment, software, or data, you assume full responsibility for all related costs.

2. License and service usage

TrustGrow services, tools, and digital systems operate under a commercial service agreement. Any engagement grants the client access to the purchased deliverables, reporting, and communication channels for the duration agreed upon.

You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, copy, or replicate TrustGrow’s systems, review pipelines, platform accounts, automation software, or proprietary methodologies without explicit written consent.

Access to dashboards, audits, API tools, and monitoring systems may require identity verification or technical onboarding.

3. Ownership and intellectual property

All TrustGrow content, automation systems, review-generation infrastructure, data models, monitoring dashboards, reports, and written materials remain the intellectual property of TrustGrow at all times.

You may not claim ownership of TrustGrow processes, systems, or tools, whether modified or unmodified. All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

TrustGrow is not responsible for outcomes affected by third-party moderation decisions, platform rule changes, external ranking factors, or client-side technical issues.

All service access, user accounts, and project data are non-transferable.

4. Refund policy

TrustGrow operates under a project-based service structure. Unless stated otherwise in writing, all completed services, audits, content, integrations, monitoring, or reputation operations are non-refundable.

In the case of billing disputes, platform errors, or incomplete delivery caused by TrustGrow, our team will review the case and may, at its discretion, provide compensation, partial credit, or an adjusted solution.

5. Warranty

TrustGrow services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, external APIs, platforms, or third-party review systems.

Algorithm changes, moderation updates, and platform rule changes (including Trustpilot, Google, Meta platforms, and other review sites) may impact performance and visibility. These external factors fall outside TrustGrow’s responsibility.

6. Account termination and suspension

TrustGrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for reasons including:

• Abusive, malicious, or threatening behavior toward TrustGrow staff or clients
• Spreading false information or harmful claims regarding TrustGrow
• Unauthorized resale or distribution of TrustGrow tools, accounts, or methodology
• Involvement in hacking, spamming, fraudulent behavior, or illegal activities
• Security risks caused by account compromise or unauthorized sharing

7. Privacy policy

TrustGrow does not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties. Information is used solely for purposes such as:
